Every order is handled with care, inspected before it leaves our facility, and shipped according to reliable carrier guidelines. Below are our shipping, return, and payment policies designed to keep your business moving smoothly.

Minimum Order Value

Partner Memorial is a wholesale supplier to funeral homes, crematories, and veterinary providers.
Each order must meet a $250 minimum order value (MOV).

This allows us to maintain competitive pricing, consistent service, and include free ground shipping in every product price—with no hidden freight fees.

Shipping Policy

We offer free ground shipping nationwide on every product, every time. Shipping costs are built into our pricing, so there are no surprises.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Noon) EST, Monday–Thursday, typically ship the same business day.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff or on Fridays generally ship the next business day or within 1–2 business days.

  • Every order receives its own tracking number, sent directly to your email, providing real-time updates and delivery status.

  • We follow carrier guidelines and do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

  • At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.

Quality Control

Every product is individually inspected and photographed before leaving our facility.
We document any imperfections, verify accuracy, and ensure quality—so you and your families receive exactly what you ordered.

Products with minor cosmetic imperfections are listed at a discount in our Imperfects section, allowing you to purchase them intentionally and at reduced cost.

Returns & Refunds

Due to our rigorous pre-shipment quality control—including detailed inspection and photography—returns are typically not allowed.

Because every item is verified and documented prior to shipping, we drastically reduce errors and eliminate uncertainty for our partners.

  • If an issue arises that falls outside of documented QC, we will work with you on a resolution.

  • Items that were photographed and shipped according to their documented condition are not eligible for return.

  • Personalized, altered, or used items cannot be returned.

Payment Policy

We do not charge credit card processing fees.
Payment is required prior to shipping.
